What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Google Checkout and PayPal on our website. Company Check and/or Net Terms are available upon approval.
Do you accept orders on your website?
Yes, qualified customers may place orders directly on the Tech Tent website. We understand concerns about online transaction security. To ensure your transactions are secure when placing orders online, Tech Tent takes extra care to protect your information by using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. Our payment processing partner employs industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information and is certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, we offer drop-ship fulfillment. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section.
What is your minimum order?
There are no minimum orders.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If we do not have the product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.
We ship via several standard shipping methods. The primary carriers are FedEx and USPS within the lower 48 states. Shipping can take from 3-7 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not processed until the following business day.
